Migrations and Changes:
Uliche.....location has been debated and they may have been somewhat nomadic
-some say they were on the margins of the forest-steppe somewhere to the S. of the Poliane on the W. bank of
the Dneiper and on the Boh
- the Primary Chronicle says they later were on the Boh & Dniester next to the Tyvercy
Tyversy....somewhere on the Dniester and Prut
-we know Oleg defeated them in the 880's
-the Primary Chronicle says they were allies of the Kievan State in 907
-raided Constatinople with the Rus in 944
after the middle of the 10th century they both disappear from History
